When a repair makes more sense than a replacement
Not every siding problem needs a full re-side. A handful of cracked or missing panels, a seam that’s opened up, or impact damage from a fallen branch can usually be repaired by replacing just the affected sections, provided the rest of the siding is in reasonable condition and a compatible replacement panel is available. We check both before recommending a repair: siding condition across the rest of the wall, and whether we can source a matching colour and profile. If the product is discontinued or badly faded compared to the rest of the wall, we’ll tell you honestly that a repair will look patched rather than promise an invisible fix.
